Terms of service

By creating an account, browsing, or utilizing the Blupuddle platform, software, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an entity, agency, or corporation, you represent and warrant that you possess full authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not possess such authority or do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Blupuddle provides an all-in-one AI video and creative production suite for digital creators, educators, and enterprise teams. The platform incorporates generative viral video processing, voice cloning, motion animation synthesis, and educational content templates.

We continuously improve and refine our AI architectures. Blupuddle reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue components of the Service with reasonable notice when feasible.

To unlock the creation features of the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and updated contact credentials.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and access tokens, as well as all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

Access to premium generation tiers, extended voice models, and higher rendering allocations requires an active paid subscription or purchased rendering credits.

• Payment Processing: Fees are charged on a recurring monthly or annual billing cycle based on your selected plan.
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing term.
• Refund Policy: Due to computational GPU costs incurred during AI rendering, completed generation runs and credit packages are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.

You agree to use Blupuddle solely for lawful purposes. You shall not generate, synthesize, or distribute:

User Content & Outputs: Subject to full payment and compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of the original media inputs and the resulting synthesized video outputs generated via your account.

Platform Assets: The Blupuddle platform, including its software architecture, user interfaces, branding, proprietary models, and design systems, are the exclusive property of Blupuddle and its licensors.

You may close your account at any time via your account settings. Blupuddle reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent actions.

Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will immediately cease, and remaining unused computational credits may be forfeited.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated synthetic videos will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compliant with third-party social media copyright algorithms.

Cap on damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Blupuddle, its founders, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Blupuddle in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blupuddle operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that venue.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect product enhancements, security practices, or legal updates. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this document.

Your continued use of Blupuddle after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
